Meyer has a great day at the second round at the The Rex Hospital Open. He shot a 4 under 67 for the second round and ended 1 under for tournament missing the 3 under cut to play Saturday and Sunday. Meyer will have next week off to rest and practice before traveling to Maryland.

Meyer shot a 3 over 74 during the first round of The Rex Hospital Open in Raleigh, NC. He is currently tied for 137th going into the second round of play. Meyer will tee off on Fridayat 1:25 pm off of the #1 tee at TPC Wakefield Plantation. The projected cut for the tournament is currently at 2 under.

The results have been posted and Meyer qualified to play in the Sectional Qualifier for the U.S. Open. Meyer played on Monday May 17 in Pinehurst, NC at Pinewild Country Club in the Local Qualifier. He shot a 5 under 67 to move on to the next round of qualifying for the 2010 U.S. Open. Meyer will play in The Rex Hospital Open May 20-23 before playing in the U.S. Open Sectional Qualifier.

Meyer shot a a 2 under 69 at the last final round of the BMW Charity Pro-Am at Thornblade Club. He finished the tournament at 11 under and tied for 32nd. Meyer will play in the U.S. Open Qualifier on Monday May 17 and then will play in The Rex Hospital Open at TPC Wakefield Plantation in  Raleigh, North Carolina May 20-23.

Meyer played the third round at the BMW Charity Pro-Am at Bright’s Creek Golf Club on Saturday May 15. He shot a 2 under 70 to be tied for 26th going into the final round.
